Once a mold is ready, our experienced staff and powerful machines can create new parts quickly and efficiently.We are capable of running all types of molds, such as conventional, low and high cavitation, core pull, overmolding, and hot runner.
We can also do Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) work, in which a metal electrode burns plastic to make a cleaner part.If, for some reason, a mold needs to be repaired or have slight modifications to make the parts, we are able to make those changes in-house. Our mold repair and maintenance is a quick process so that we can continue making the parts that our customers need.
