Some customers need to ship a product in a certain style or combination of kitting. Streamline Fulfillment’s employees have the ability and the knowledge to package just about anything a customer can come up with.
We have put together hardware kits with anywhere from two to thirty pieces in one package. This requires various bag sizes and shapes which we customize through our suppliers. Everything in our kitting process is customer dictated, from custom materials to the number of heat seals in a bag.
We currently run ten baggers and bagging machines at a time, allowing us to complete orders in very short amounts of time no matter the run size. We can complete any size kitting order, and we have the equipment to match. Our kits are assembled either with hand sealers, automatic sealers that can complete hundreds of kits an hour, clam-shell packagers, and many other machines that can be used for custom orders.
Every kit we assemble is meticulously checked for missing parts, improper packaging, and proper assembly to ensure we ship only the best products. Our assembled kits are electronically counted and weighed, delivering our customers exactly what we have promised.
