We use High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastics. Many of our products, depending on what is originally stored in them, can be re-purposed and reused, especially our bottles made with FDA approved resin—ideal for nutraceutical and food products.
Our machines are equipped with 100 point parison control programming. This enables us to control the weight, wall thickness, and uniformity of the bottles. Our bottles are manufactured and subjected to rigorous quality and testing standards. Including leak testing, drop testing, and dimensional checks.
Streamline Blow Molding strives to be waste free, supplying unused plastic to recycling plants who then use the plastic for carpet fabrication. Our waste-free attitude extends to the time we spend creating our products; we do not intentionally over-inventory or pre-stock products in order to save our staff time and our customers money.
